Welcome to Bible Match. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Bible Match Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the Bible Match mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms.

1. 16+ Age Requirement & Eligibility

Bible Match is a community-focused experience designed for users aged 16 and older. * Hard Limit: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

  • Verification: By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will terminate the account and delete associated PII immediately.


2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

  • Scope of License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on any Apple or Android device that you own or control.

  • Store Terms: This agreement is between you and Bible Match Foundation only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Safety

Bible Match is a "Sanctuary for Spiritual Growth." To protect our 16+ community, you agree to the following:

  • Zero Tolerance: There is a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, profanity, sexually explicit material, or demeaning speech.

  • Reporting & Blocking: You have access to in-app tools to Report offensive content and Block abusive users.

  • 24-Hour Action: We commit to reviewing all flagged content within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove content and eject users who violate these standards immediately.

  • License to Display: When you share a "Reflection" to the community, you grant us a royalty-free license to display that content within the App. Private reflections remain yours alone.

4. AI Transparency & "Sacred Prompting"

  • Synthetic Imagery: We use AI-powered tools (the "Sacred Prompting" engine) to create visual inspirations. These are artistic interpretations for devotional use and are not intended as authoritative historical records.These images are curated by the ministry to ensure they meet community standards.

  • Theological Responsibility: While we strive for biblical accuracy, users are encouraged to search the Scriptures and consult their local church leadership for final theological interpretation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ministry Assets: The "Bible Match" name, logos, software and devotional content are the property of Bible Match. You may not reverse-engineer or scrape data from the App.

6. Account Deletion & Data

You may delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" button in your Profile Settings. Per our Privacy Policy, deletion will wipe your PII (Email/Name), though shared reflections may remain in an anonymized state ("Deleted User") to maintain community conversation flow.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bible Match Foundation and its technology providers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Apple and Google have no warranty obligations whatsoever regarding the App.

8: Stewardship & Youth Protection

Bible Match is committed to the digital well-being of our community. In alignment with the 2026 Virginia and Texas Youth Protection Acts, we maintain a strict 16+ age requirement. We use neutral age-screening methods and do not use age-verification data for any purpose other than ensuring platform eligibility. We do not use "addictive" design loops, infinite scrolls, or targeted advertising.. Our mission is to encourage time in the Word, not just time in the App.

9. Governing Law & Peace

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to a 30-day "Good Faith" period to resolve any disputes through Christian mediation. This provision is intended to encourage peaceful resolution and does not limit your rights to report safety concerns to the App Store or Google Play.
